Our comprehensive training consists of 10 days at our corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach, including training for business management, marketing and aquatics, followed up by additional in-water training for either the owner or aquatics lead – or both! New franchise owners leave our corporate headquarters with the knowledge they need to succeed, with a clear path forward on next steps towards a fully opened business.

Operational Support

Even with rigorous training, we know that a franchise needs support along the way. We provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and check-ins with each franchise owner based upon their specific needs. The support team of business coaches and subject matter experts is consistently available and engages in regular site visits with each franchise owner to ensure that their business is positioned for success and able to overcome any unforeseen challenges that may arise. Our system of owners is like a large family, coming together each year at our annual convention to learn, collaborate and have a great time!
